This series consists of bonds for the faithful performance of official duties for constables (J.B. Mayes, 1895; M. Pills, 1882; D.A. Dickerts and U.B. Whites, 1888), town marshals of Newberry (G.W. Bishop, H.C. Hunter, J.G. Miller, and E.P. Bradley, 1894), and James C. Adams as keeper of the County Home, 1896. The series also contains one 1843 money bond paid in 1847 and signed by John Fulmer, Abram Fulmer, George Chapman, and George Minick.
